We are offering a complete, turnkey 2013–2014 Rieter R60 Open-End Spinning Line featuring 2,160 total rotors. This comprehensive, fully matched Swiss-engineered production plant provides an end-to-end yarn manufacturing setup from raw fiber opening through to finished open-end yarn packages.

The opening line consists of a complete Rieter blowroom installation, including a BOA bale opener, integrated metal detector, Axiflow cleaner, B10 cleaner, 10-cell multimixer, CVT1 cleaner, pin cleaner, Dustex unit, and central panelboard system. Fiber preparation is handled by five sets of 2013–2014 Rieter C70 carding machines configured for 1000 mm cans with auto changers and auto levelers. Sliver drafting is processed through two sets of 2013 Rieter D15 breaker drawframes and two sets of 2013 Rieter D45 finisher drawframes with integrated auto leveling.

The spinning hall features four sets of 2013 Rieter R60 open-end spinning machines (540 rotors per machine, 2,160 total rotors) with 33 mm rotor cups and B174DN opening rollers. Each R60 frame is equipped with four automated robot piecers, energy-efficient inverter-driven servomotors, and low air-consumption cartridge rotor systems. This uniform, well-maintained installation presents an extraordinary turn-key opportunity for spinning mills to acquire a fully integrated, high-efficiency open-end manufacturing unit.
