1. The “Inspection-First” Standard

In the global second-hand textile machinery market, the integrity of the equipment is best verified at the source. Currently, 90% of our customers choose to visit our facility for a live, Pre-Loading Inspection. We provide full access to the machinery, allowing you or your technical team to verify every specification before it is secured for transport.

2. The Hangyue-Tex Trust Guarantee

We recognize that for 10% of our international clients, attending the loading in person is not always possible. For these transactions, we operate on a foundation of absolute reliability:

• Authentic Documentation: We provide high-resolution photos, detailed videos, and technical audit reports that reflect the machine’s exact current condition.
• Corporate Responsibility: Hangyue-Tex takes full responsibility for ensuring the machinery dispatched matches the technical data provided. We remain the responsible party for the equipment until the loading process is finalized.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the technical complexities of industrial textile machinery and the logistical challenges of international shipping and customs, we maintain a strict No-Return Policy once the machinery has been loaded and dispatched.
