Dyeing

The Dyeing Department is responsible for applying color to fabric in a controlled and repeatable way. Grey fabric is loaded into dyeing machines where it is circulated with water, dyes, and auxiliary chemicals under set temperature, time, and pressure conditions. After dyeing, the fabric is rinsed and washed to remove unfixed dye and chemicals, then sent to dewatering and drying before moving to finishing.
