Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: March 3, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions for used textile machinery conducted through Hangyue-Tex, including automated website orders, email correspondence, and verified WhatsApp communications.
1. Automated Orders & Reservations
Upon placing an order via our digital platform, an automated confirmation is generated. However, a machine is only officially Reserved/Held once we confirm receipt of either:
• 100% Full Payment, or
• An agreed 30% Security Deposit.
2. Payment & Processing Options
Funds received in full trigger Priority/Express Processing. This includes immediate scheduling for dismantling, loading, and logistics coordination.
Standard processing applies. The machinery is held for a mutually agreed period. The remaining 70% balance must be settled before dismantling begins.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
The security deposit is used to withdraw machinery from the global market and secure the transaction. If the customer fails to settle the remaining balance or take delivery within the agreed timeframe, the deposit is non-refundable. Any additional storage, labor, or operational costs incurred due to delays will be deducted from any available balance.
4. Dismantling & Logistics
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, dismantling and loading will only commence once 100% of the payment is cleared in our accounts. Any changes to shipping destinations or schedules requested after payment are subject to availability and may incur additional administrative fees.
5. Refund Protocol (Exceptional Circumstances)
In the rare event that a deal cannot proceed due to circumstances where Hangyue-Tex is responsible, the paid amount will be returned. Please note:
• Standard bank transaction charges (approx. USD 50–60) apply to all refunds.
• These charges will be deducted from the refund total unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Documentation Handover
Following the successful 100% payment and loading, we will provide all original shipment documents in a timely manner, including the Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), and Certificate of Origin.
7. Final Acceptance
By initiating a payment or placing an order, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these professional Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
