Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What types of machinery does Hangyue-Tex specialize in?

We are a primary source for high-quality, second-hand textile machinery. Our core inventory includes Open-End Spinning Machines, Ring Spinning Machines, and Weaving Looms (Air-jet, Rapier, and Water-jet). While we source global brands, a significant portion of our inventory comes from reliable, modern facilities in China.

2. Can I inspect the machinery before finalizing the purchase?

Absolutely. We strongly encourage on-site inspections. 90% of our clients visit our Taizhou facility to verify technical specs and machine condition before loading. For our long-term trusted partners (10%) who cannot visit, we provide comprehensive high-resolution video audits and technical documentation to ensure absolute transparency.

3. How do I reserve a specific machine?

To lock a deal and secure exclusive rights to a machine for a limited time, an advance deposit of 10% to 30% is required. This ensures the machinery is removed from the active market and reserved specifically for your project.

4. Is the advance deposit refundable?

The advance deposit is generally non-refundable as it covers the cost of withdrawing the machine from the market and administrative preparations. However, we value our long-term relationships and are always open to professional discussion should unique circumstances arise.

5. What are the payment terms and procedures?

Our standard procedure is:
10–30% Advance: To confirm the deal and reserve the units.
70–90% Balance: Required before dismantling and loading commences.
We accept Letters of Credit (L/C) and Telegraphic Transfers (T/T), among other secure payment methods, depending on the specific agreement.

6. Who is responsible for dismantling and loading?

Once full payment is received, Hangyue-Tex takes full responsibility for the professional dismantling, secure loading, and shipping arrangements as per our contractual agreement. We ensure all machinery is handled by experienced technicians to prevent damage during transit.

7. What documentation is provided for international customs?

We provide a full professional document set including:
• Detailed Packing List
• Bill of Lading (B/L)
• Certificate of Origin
• Any specific customs documentation required by your home country.

8. Do you offer technical support after the machinery arrives?

Yes. Beyond providing basic guidance, we maintain a vast network of experienced textile engineers and technicians. We can facilitate connections to ensure your new machinery is installed and commissioned correctly in your factory.
