1. What types of machines do you sell?

We mainly deal in Open-End Spinning Machines, Ring Spinning Machines, and Weaving Looms, mostly sourced from China.


2. Are your machines inspected before sale?

Yes—and it depends on the customer’s preference. In many cases, customers choose to inspect the machines themselves before purchase. However, we also have long-term clients who trust our experience and reliable services, and are confident to proceed without inspection. We are always transparent and committed to customer satisfaction.


3. Can I reserve a machine before full payment?

Yes. You can reserve machinery with an advance deposit of 10% to 30%. This locks the deal and gives you exclusive rights for a limited time.


4. Is the advance payment refundable?

No. The advance deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. However, we always try to assist in special situations if circumstances change.


5. What is the payment procedure?

We require:

  • 10–30% advance to confirm the deal

  • The remaining balance (70–90%) before dismantling and shipping

  • We do accept Letters of Credit (L/C) as a payment method, along with other options depending on the agreement.

Once full payment is received, dismantling and shipping arrangements begin.


6. Who handles dismantling and shipping?

After full payment, we are responsible for dismantling, loading, and shipping the machines as per our agreement with you.


7. What documents will I receive?

We provide:

  • Packing List

  • Bill of Lading

  • Letter of Origin

  • Any other documents required by the customer or customs


8. Can I inspect the machines before buying?

Yes. We welcome on-site inspections by customers or your appointed agents before finalizing the deal.


9. Do you offer technical support after purchase?

We provide basic guidance and support, and we can connect you with experienced engineers or technicians if needed.
